Please provide the full property address, together with your name, email address and contact telephone number.
03. Drawings & Photos
Please attach any relevant architectural drawings, sketches or photographs showing the existing property, proposed works or structural concern.
02. Brief Description
Briefly describe the proposed works or structural issue, including what you are hoping to achieve.
04. Preferred Timescale
Please let me know your preferred timescale, including any known dates for construction, Building Control submission or other deadlines.
